We specialise in industrial screen-printing and make sure the finished product is fully weather resistant, whether it’s a polyprop sign or a magnetic sign.
We can easily print on various plastics, including PVC, polypropylene and corflute, and other beautiful materials too, like corflute and leather.
We can print logos, images, text and solid colours, from a single spot colour to a full colour image – maximum image size 980 x 700mm.
We also do high quality digital printing. Our decision on the printing method is made with the end product and its intended use in mind.
What makes our screen-printing unique
Our screen-printing machine, built into our Auburn factory in 1998, is one of a kind. There is literally no other printer like ours in the world.
It’s like a T-shirt printer for plastics. The registration is fantastic because it seals down the PVC sheet and creates a smooth edge.
We print up to five colours in a single production cycle, which allows for extremely close registration, speed and efficiency. Plus, we can also adjust colours as we’re printing, which is quite a powerful tool.
